Shipping & returns
- General shipping information:
Order your product before 23:59 and it will be delivered the next day. If you ordered this with the DHL For you delivery service
If the product is ordered after 11:59 PM or during the weekend, it will be shipped on the next working day.
Orders placed before 6:00 PM will be shipped with PostNL . Orders placed after 6:00 PM can be shipped with DHL For You . These are delivered the next day in the evening (home address only and only available Monday to Friday). In both cases you will receive a track and trace link with an indication of the delivery time.
Large packages such as the BeoPlay A9, BeoSound Stage and the TV with soundbar combinations cannot be delivered with DHL For You. DHL For You does not deliver on weekends.
Our delivery services PostNL and DHL do everything they can to deliver the package as quickly as possible. However, delays may occur due to extreme crowds. If you need an order urgently, please contact us and we will see what the best option is for you.
2. Returns:
We are convinced that with Bang & Olufsen products you are always assured of the best quality. However, sound, color and fit are personal.
You then have 30 days with us to (carefully) remove your product from the packaging and try it. If you do not like the product or it is not to your liking, you can return it to us within 30 days.
If you would like to return the product to us, please contact us so that we know that it will be returned. We advise you to return the product to us insured.
In-ear earplugs cannot be returned due to Hygiene. Of course, these products can always be tried in detail in our showroom.
Naturally, the product must be undamaged, in the original packaging and returned with all accessories. After all, we have to be able to sell it again. In the event of an incomplete product or damage, we reserve the right to charge costs or refuse return.
