The BeoSound A9 is a completely new version of the well-known BeoPlay A9 mk4. In terms of sound, the BeoSound A9 is identical to its predecessor, the BeoPlay A9, but is built on a completely new technological platform, which makes it possible to wirelessly connect 2 speakers into a stereo pair.
The BeoSound A9 also has Adaptive Room Compensation. The built-in microphones analyze the room and the speaker then adjusts its sound quality based on the room.
The BeoSound A9 can handle many music sources such as Bluetooth, Airplay 2, Deezer and Tune-in Radio. This allows the BeoSound A9 to be used as a full-fledged stereo system.
You can operate the BeoSound A9 manually or completely wirelessly with the free Bang & Olufsen App for iOS or Android. Streaming directly from a computer or smartphone is no problem. In addition, the BeoSound A9 can also be fully included in the Bang & Olufsen Multiroom system.
